Cart Staff / Outside Services Attendant
Job Summary
The Cart Staff Attendant is responsible for providing essential support for daily golf operations and guest services. This role contributes to maintaining an excellent first impression of the facility and requires strong teamwork and a positive, helpful attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Gas Golf Cart Fleet Management:
- Staging: Prepare golf carts for the day, ensuring they are clean, fully fueled, stocked with scorecards and pencils, and staged appropriately.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Thoroughly clean all returned golf carts and immediately report any damage or mechanical issues to the supervisor.
Practice Facility (Driving Range) Management:
- Ball Picking: Safely and efficiently operate the range ball picker to collect all golf balls from the practice area.
- Washing & Sorting: Wash, sort, and distribute range balls to designated dispensing machines or baskets.
- Ensure the tee line and practice areas are clean, organized, and stocked.
Course & Facility Support (Expanded Duties):
- Assist with light course tasks, including filling divots with sand/seed mix on the tees and fairways.
- Ensure all water coolers on the course are filled, stocked with ice, and kept clean.
- Assist with moving barriers, setting out ropes, and general light setup and closing duties as needed.
Requirements
- Friendly, professional communication and strong customer service skills.
- Comfort working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety when operating carts and other equipment.

Bar & Food Service Attendant
Job Summary
The Bar and Food Service Attendant operates the small bar and snack counter, prepares simple menu items, and provides friendly service to golfers and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Cooking:
- Independently prepare and cook items from a limited menu using kitchen equipment such as fryers and ovens.
- Perform light prep work such as garnishes and sauces.
- Maintain strict adherence to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Bar Service & Compliance:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, following all responsible service of alcohol laws and policies.
- Monitor guest consumption, check identification, and comply with all legal requirements for alcohol service.
- Ensure the bar and liquor storage areas are well stocked, clean, and organized.
Customer Service & Operations:
- Greet guests, take and confirm orders, and process payments accurately using the point of sale system.
- Restock coolers, shelves, condiment stations, and maintain a clean, organized service area.
- Assist with basic closing and opening duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous customer service, bar, or food service experience preferred.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast paced environment during busy times.
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift and lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required food handler and alcohol server certifications according to local regulations.
- Proficiency with basic math, cash handling, and point of sale use.

Pro Shop Attendant
Job Summary
The Pro Shop Attendant is responsible for front line guest service in the golf shop, including check in, tee time management, retail sales, and support for food and beverage and course operations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services & Sales: Warmly greet guests, check in players, and accurately process payments for green fees, rentals, and retail purchases.
- Operations & Reservations: Manage tee sheet reservations, answer phone calls, and coordinate with cart staff and starters to maintain smooth player flow.
- Retail & Merchandising: Receive, price, and stock merchandise and maintain clean, attractive retail displays.
- Facility & Sanitation: Perform light cleaning tasks in the shop and assist with restroom tidiness and supply checks as assigned.
- F&B Support & Compliance: Provide occasional support to food and beverage operations, following all laws and policies related to alcohol sales.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer facing role such as retail, hospitality, or front desk.
- Clear, professional verbal communication and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Comfort using computers and point of sale systems and handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform light lifting and cleaning duties.

Job Summary
The Starter and Ranger is a key front line representative of the golf course, responsible for greeting groups on the first tee, managing tee time flow and pace of play, and helping enforce course policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all golfers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet golfers at the first tee, verify tee times, check receipts or tickets, and organize groups to start on time.
- Monitor the course to track pace of play, communicate with groups that are falling behind, and help keep the field moving.
- Provide friendly, informative reminders about course rules, cart paths, care for the course, and safety procedures.
- Assist in enforcing policies related to outside food and beverage, cart operation, and adherence to course rules.
- Communicate with the golf shop and cart staff about delays, weather concerns, and any incidents on the course.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be friendly yet firm when enforcing rules.
- Comfort working outdoors in a range of weather conditions.
- Ability to walk or ride the course for extended periods and maintain awareness of multiple groups at once.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail regarding safety and pace of play.
